At YFEE we start the year with art!

Our first event of the year is also the very first being held in English and it takes place at the premises of Christie´s in Zürich.

Have you ever wondered….
…What makes certain pieces of art so valuable and how these differ from others?
…By what criteria promising artists are spotted?
… What creates demand in the art market?
…How the art market correlates with the economy?

Then we are glad to invite you to an evening at Christie´s in Zürich. Dr. Bertold Müller and Dr. Ilona Genoni Dall will introduce us to the world of art auctions, the value of valuing art and art as an investment. You will learn about the science of art through the art of science.

Short Bios:

Dr. Bertold Mueller, studied Law at the University of Zurich, LL.M at Harvard, worked as a lawyer at Froriep Renggli in Zurich and London, has been the Managing Director of Christie’s Zurich since 2012

Dr. Ilona Genoni Dall, studied History of Art and Computer Science at the University of Zurich and Florence, MBA at HSG, worked as a specialist in the Swiss Art Department, newly appointed General Manager of Christie’s Zurich
